Floracare Founders Sentenced in State Court
Sacramento October 21- Susan B. Rodger and Michael Urziceanu , founders of Floracare , a medical marijuana dispensary in Citrus Heights, appeared in Sacramento Superior Court for sentencing Tuesday.
Susan's sentencing was continued due to problems with her attorney that were discussed in Judge Trena H. Burger-Plavan's chambers. She remains free on bail.
Michael was sentenced to 3 years in state prison, less 241 days for time served. His request for a stay on the prison term was denied and he was taken into custody. It is not known whether he plans to appeal the case.
