As you know, yesterday the DEA went against California law 215, and ripped up our medicine. medical marijuana.

77 percent of our state Voted for Prop 215 to allow us to use this medicine.

Dear God, Mr President, how can this happen when you stand for states rights?

I am a Grandmother and I have lived 18 years with HIV. In 1997, I developed full-blown AIDS. I cannot express to you the amount of my suffering because of this horrific condition. In 1984, one year after the ability to test the blood supply for HIV, I received a blood product tainted with HIV.

Medical marijuana makes it possible for me to keep toxic medications down, it eases nerve pain and enables me to walk, it keeps me alive.

Yesterday the DEA raided our collective garden and took away our medicine. Each hole dug, every seed planted, was by (sick) volunteers. We should be the model for medical marijuana organization's, we do not sell. We are a collective of patients who grow on donated land and give this medicine away to the sickest of the sick and dying, who have recommendations from their doctors.

I want you to know as a group we do so much more than provide this valuable medicine. Within our group when some one gets sick and needs care, other members "Patients" form around the clock teams to provide care for all of their needs.

I ask you Mr President for compassion. Please stop this terrorism on our citizens. And support HR 2592
