San Francisco June 12- Judge Chesney didn't re-sentence me yesterday and didn't re-sentence me because of procedure. The judge was reluctant to do anything except extend the surrender date for another 120 days. During this period, Bill Panzer will file the proper motions sometime between now and October 15th and I will be granted another hearing for re-sentencing. Even though yesterday's hearing wasn't monumental in importance, it does allow me to remain free for the summer. yippee!

I want to thank everyone that came out and filled the courtroom. I know it makes a difference to the judge and it definitely makes a difference to me. I know the pressure is on Chesney now that she knows that everyone is watching the decisions she makes with regards to medical marijuana.

Keep up the good work and keep up the pressure. We are winning. We will win.
